Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If you experience a problem, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We're happy to assist where we can — reach out at contact@busylittlebody.com.

Heat & Handling We package our products with care, but please note that Busy Little Body is not responsible for any damage caused by heat or environmental conditions during transit.
