We stand behind every product we make. If your skin doesn't love our products within 30 days of your purchase date, we'll make it right — your choice of a full refund, or an in-store credit, no return shipment required.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To be eligible, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief description of your experience. You can reach us at contact@busylittlebody.com — we respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.

Eligibility

• Limit one guarantee claim per customer, per product.
• This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product.
• Not valid on items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Refund Processing
