Refund policy

At Busy Little Body, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Eligibility We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] within that window.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bath, body, or candle products. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds & Exchanges Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange of equal value. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — including a refund to your original payment method where applicable.

Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.
